Move One Logistics is pleased to announce the successful completion of its latest move for one of its valued customers. The global manufacturer of industrial, construction and mining tooling and equipment, entrusted Move One with the relocation of its office and warehouse within Ulaanbaatar. Ten team members served the company with office and warehouse disassembly, complemented by local trucking. All containers, which included high value spare parts, were moved in only two days, despite difficult weather conditions.

“I am proud of our highly effective team that conducted the move ahead of schedule.” comments Sean Kosa, Move One’s Country Manager for Mongolia. “Due to a high level of activity within mineral exploration in Mongolia and new mining projects coming on stream, both Move One and its customers are prepared for the anticipated growth of the mining sector,” added Kosa.

Mongolia has some of the world’s biggest untapped reserves of gold, coal and uranium, including the Oyu Tolgoi project, a mineral deposit so large that it is could produce a third of the worlds copper. This and other mega-scale projects in Mongolia has attracted foreign investors to the region’s rugged and often remote locations, who have since come to rely on Move One’s local expertise. With an office in Ulaanbaatar, Move One is actively involved in multiple aspects of Mongolia’s economic development, using all resources at its disposal to assist with freight forwarding and logistics services such as warehousing, purchase order management, and transportation.
