Pet travel rules changed on 1 January, 2012 when the United Kingdom (UK) brought its procedures into line with the European Union (EU). Move One is seeing a significant increase in business along the Kazakhstan-Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan land route into Afghanistan, also known as the KKT route. The company currently moves more than 70 trucks per month over this series of roads to resupply various military units in Afghanistan, as well as to support a number of large projects to redevelop the country.
Kazakhstan is infamous for its long immigration process which may last up to four months for certain foreigners.
