The Dogbrella – Umbrella for Dogs

Keep your dog dry and clean in the rain or snow

dogbrella the dog umbrellaTaking you dog for a walk on a rainy day? It really doesn’t sound like fun. Admit it, you’d rather try to avoid or at least postpone this cold, wet, muddy experience. And your dog probably shares the feeling! After such walks, the poor thing looks like a fairly miserable creature, all soaked and mucky.

Now there is a solution for your rainy walk troubles, called the Dogbrella. It’s an umbrella for dogs, suspended on a leash. The umbrella’s 29 inch diameter cover is made from 8-gauge clear polypropylene. This funny and helpful item will keep your dog clean and dry in the rain, sleet and even snow. It is also transparent, so you can keep an eye on your dog at all times while walking.

It can be purchased at Hammacher Schlemmer for $29.95. This item will for sure eliminate any excuse for not going for a walk on a rainy day.

The only disadvantage is that it is not suitable for bigger dogs. The owners of large dogs will just have to wait until something similar is invented for their four-legged friends. Until then, get them a dog raincoat and enjoy the wet experience!
