Move One Logistic is proud to present the expansion of its capabilities in the African country of Djibouti through strategic partnerships offering customers unique tailored services. Move One has maintained logistics operations in Djibouti since 2003, with facilities at Djibouti Free Zone, ensuring extensive logistics operation coverage and enabling us to provide a variety of project and specialty logistics services. Our temperature-controlled warehouse, located in Djibouti Free Zone, covers 2,300 square meters and includes office space, a dry A/C warehouse covering 1,116 square meters, a freezer /chiller warehouse covering 1,000 square meters and a quarantine area. The space has allowed us to provide services that cater to commodities requiring temperature and environment control, such as perishable goods and hazardous materials. It is also strategically located on the Ethiopian Highway with easy access by air, sea and road. The warehouse is only two km away from the break bulk port of Djibouti, and three km away from the International Airport of Djibouti and the Central Customs and Port Office. The location of the facility also provides parking space for 30 trucks.

In addition, Move One Logistics in Djibouti offers 9,100 square meters 12 dock hangars nearby the existing facility. A container yard has the capacity to accommodate up to 250 containers. For the convenience of our customers, the facility is situated close to our operational office allowing great reactivity of our operational team and daily supervision of the state-of-the-art warehouse. Thanks to the free zone status of the warehouse, customs procedures are completed quickly and with ease.

With such capacities in Djibouti, we can receive commodities at any time, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, in three different ways: containerised inbound, bulk inbound and break bulk inbound. As for the export of commodities, service is provided throughout a seven-day week, 24 hours a day, as containerised outbound, road delivery and break bulk outbound. Like all of our facilities, Move One’s Djibouti warehouse is staffed by dedicated logistics professionals who are able to provide comprehensive warehousing and international logistics services.

As Move One Logistics’ services are tailored to fit customers’ requirements, we offer additional services such as insurance coverage, sanitation, pest control, and fumigation facilities. We also offer security services including a brick wall barrier all around the free zone, security guards covering the entire compound 24/7, a security inspection area for all vehicles entering and exiting the compound, staff members trained in fire safety and disaster recovery, and many additional services depending on the specific needs of our clients.
