Here is a photo of Silvia at her new home in Nottingham, UK. I also have a great shot of Silvia and me outside the quarantine centre at London Heathrow which I’ll send on to you. The journey went very smoothly. When I arrived I went for lunch and then drove round to the quarantine centre and there she was! We had a big reunion and then got into the car for the journey to Nottingham which is about 2.5 hours. Since arriving in the UK, Silvia has been in the snow which she loves and the freezing cold which doesn’t seem to bother her too much either. She has a smart coat to wear for her walks.

I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and calm service when I was so nervous and worried. Everything went so well and I had 100% confidence that you were completely capable of getting Silvia to the UK safely. I have four other dogs (!) and when we leave Dubai, I won’t hesitate to contact you to get them all to our next home.

Regulations for relocating pets to the UK will be changing after January 2012. But until then, pets entering the UK from Dubai need to have rabies vaccination older than three weeks and complete the six month stay after blood sampling for titration test.
