Required documents to import a pet into Kuwait:

• Import Permit – Move One will arrange it
• Pet’s passport / vaccination history – including up to date vaccines (not less then 30 days and not more then 1 year old)
• Health Certificate issued by Government vet at the country of origin not more then 10 days prior to departure
