Spring Clean – ‘Lomtalanitás’

lomtalanitasIf you live in Pest and have noticed the massive piles of junk accumulating on street corners, don’t be alarmed, it is the annual clean up day for the 7th district.

From Saturday 16 May the local government will collect any waste that is left by the side of the road, free of charge. Residents start to leave unwanted goods out from Thursday evening for the collection on Saturday. If you have any unwanted goods then this is a good time to get rid.
